I had the most pleasant experience with Christy from MCM, she was able to pull up all my pending accounts, gave me the best payment option plans for the outstanding bills and also made a fraud report on behalf of one of the accounts I did not recognize. It was very quick, easy. She was extremely polite and thoughtful. I was able to pick the dates that fits my budget. Thank you MCM and Christy for all your amazing dedication and most of all wonderful customer service.

Was able to use the chat feature with *Rachel* to setup a payment plan that is adjustable further down the line. Obviously they are a debt collector but at least they are willing to work you and various Debt Consolidation Agencies that you have contact them on your behalf. Only reason it's not a 5 star review is the first letter I got from them was a pre-legal notice of possible lawsuit. If not for that this would be five stars.

Rachel ** just helped me tonight. She answered all my questions and has me jumping for joy.. THIS COMPANY WAS FABULOUS. For future people who has to handle business Midland Credit Management is definitely the place to go.. Keep up the good work to help us people get our credit and life together. I’m back and better thanks to you all!!!!

I just want to say, Ellen ** with MCM Concierge/online chat was AMAZING! Paying off debt is humiliating, scary and hard to do but Ellen really made me feel comfortable with my options. She understood and listened to my struggles and made me an offer that I could actually afford. If I could give Ellen more starts than 5, I would! Customer service at its finest! Thank you!!!

Benson ** was able to locate my account and found out that I mailed my payment to the wrong address. He provided a new one to me where I could mail my payments into. He also set my account up for a 6 month payment plan and changed the billing date that the payments are due. I'm thankful for this options and that the collection agency is willing to work with me in resolving my debt.

Christy was great to work with and we came to agree that both sides were happy with. I paid my debt at the same time as the chat and she made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you Midland for your help.
