Michele Bailey, DO

Dr. Bailey has been my primary care physician for about four years now, and I have nothing but great things to say. I was only seeing her annually prior to this year, but due to some changes in my medical history I have spoken with her more frequently this year and she could not be more helpful. She is definitely very busy and books out far in advance and has appointments to get to, but she is genuinely caring and wants the best for her patients. I can't recommend her enough!

I don't know where these 5* come from. I have had a terrible experience. I went to see her as a possible internist when mine moved to cash only. I had not mde the decision to change providers, but Dr. Bailey changed everything in the Rush system without my approval. Most recently I needed a prescription filled, I called on Wednesday and was told to make an appt to see her - next available 6 wks out. Another provider called to explain the situation and recommend the prescription. I was told by her nurse she would call back and order the prescription - neither has happened. Now looking for an internist who actually returns calls.

Dr. Bailey is the Best, I only see her maybe once a year but she is always through and informative.

I have been seeing Dr. Bailey for over a year now. She's a fantastic PCP. She is thorough, informative, and never rushes me. She places a high value on holistic health, which I love. I'm so glad I found her!

I switched over because we moved downtown and I wanted a physician that was close by and also was certified as an osteopathic physician. I appreciate her thoroughness and calm, kind demeanor. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment and most importantly, she listens to what's going on and we have dialogue. She's interested in treating the whole body, not just the symptom.

Her after-care communication is great; although the office has an online system that they use for appointments and billing, etc. Dr. Bailey sends your results out by mail and makes herself available if you have any questions. I never feel like my problem is ridiculous or that I'm wrong to call about something.

The office is close to bus lines and train lines. Plus, I like the fact that I see all sorts of people in the office coming in, it's a diverse area and that makes me feel more at ease and welcome.

I loved the practice and Dr. Bailey. She is nice, through and non-judgmental, which is good in a doctor. My new general practitioner and I couldn't be happier.

She has been my primary physician for about a year--and has been everything I want in a good doctor. Dr. Bailey looks at the whole person and works with you to find the past path to health--including lifestyle choices and mental health. The office team at the practice are great too!
