Car accident
I would like to thank Mr. Burtt for accepting my case when my son and I were in a serious car accident. Mr. Burtt explained every step in the process of getting both insurance companies to do what was right by my son and I. Mr. Burtt was very professional, friendly and curtious through out the handling of our case. Our case was processed in a timely manner and didn't take long at all from start to finish. Excellent!!
Michael handled everything for me. He personally walked me through each step and assured me that everything would be taken care of. Michael went out of his way to ensure that I had the rental car longer and he me set up with a doctor, while he was dealing with my insurance company. I am eternally grateful for everything he did. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I would highly recommend Mr. Burtt for his excellent service and expertise.

My daughter and I were in an automobile accident and I knew he was only a few blocks away from where I work I went to visit him and right away he started helping me understand my rights to file claims and he set up appointments for us to get the medical attention we needed I didn't know where to begin because I wasnt from Florida he was so good to us and he took away the stress and handled every detail for me. Michael Burtt is the best. Dealing with insurance companies can be nerve-racking. When you are coping with an injury on top of all it can become overwhelming. That's the way you do it ---
I fell at a local restaurant - suffered pretty serious injuries and was off of work for a good bit. Attorney for the restaurant was trying to bully me - that did not happen. Mr. Burtt is who you need in your corner - period. That is the way to get things done. Thanks Mr. Burtt!!!!!!

Great Attorney!!!!
Mr. Burtt represented me for a motor vehicle accident in 2013. He handled everything on my behalf, and all I had to do was to go to the doctor and get better. I appreciated getting update letters and calls from him and his staff to keep me informed of how my case was progressing. They were very professional and courteous. Bulldog personal injury attorney
After my car accident, I was referred to Mr. Burtt's office by another attorney who did not specialize in personal injury cases. His staff was welcoming and Mr. Burtt knew the ins and outs of dealing with insurance companies and physicians. My case did not go to trial but I was happy with the settlement Mr. Burtt reached with the insurance company and always felt I had a real fighter in my corner. While I hope to never need a lawyer again, I would not hesistate to use Mr. Burtt's firm again if needed and can highly recommend him for personal injury matters.
