This book is a "meta" book. Not only is it beyond any particular approach, it is about you finding your way as a practitioner. If you want to be growing, thoughtful, helpful and authentic mediator/conflict engagement practitioner, I think this book is one of the most important mediation books to have.
A galaxy does have a central point around which an infinite number of stars revolve... I believe an author or co-author must carefully avoid any terms which could easily distract the reader.
