Pros
Good home time, most of the time I would get home Friday by 5 and out Monday by noon. Training is great if your just starting they taught me a lot.
Cons
To much to type but the worst parts of this job is when you drop a load and have you waiting literally 24 hrs for the next load, I called one day 17 time trying to get ahold to fleet manager and breakdown.

Solitude, self management, independence, decent pay, job security
Cons

- 1.0DriverCurrent Employee, less than 1 yearDallas, TX
Pros
People are nice, most other drivers will help you out if they can. Good health insurance
Cons
Pay is horrible. I was told my base pay would be .80 a mile to get me in the door when it was actually. 59 a mile when I started driving. Found out they did the same to several other drivers. Very low miles layover pay doesn't start until the 16th hour.

Pros
Great company, Had Hardly Any Problems Working for the Company. If I could Do It All Over again I would. No Drama, Actually A Great Starter Company to Get All the Experience Needed. Very Diverse, Everyone Gets Alone with each other.
Cons
The Only Problems I Had Was When It Got Slow for a short while.
