MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set out in this Opinion, Petitioners' motion for sanctions is denied with respect to: (1) monetary contempt sanctions, (2) attorneys' fees and costs, and (3) their request that the Commercial E ntities be deemed alter egos of the Government of Zimbabwe. Their motion is granted with respect to precluding Respondent Zimbabwe from denying that the Commercial Entities are its alter egos. (Signed by Magistrate Judge Theodore H.
