November 10, 2011 Opinion or Order Filing 38 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set out in this Opinion, Petitioners' motion for sanctions is denied with respect to: (1) monetary contempt sanctions, (2) attorneys' fees and costs, and (3) their request that the Commercial E ntities be deemed alter egos of the Government of Zimbabwe.
