Matt Craig Fendon

Attorney Matthew Fendon is a shareholder at Fendon Law Firm, P.C. Since joining the highly respected Phoenix law office nearly 10 years ago, Mr. Fendon has focused his practice on helping injured and disabled clients from throughout Arizona pursue workers' compensation and Social Security Disability benefits.

Mr. Fendon began his legal career in 2001 as a certified paralegal. After earning his law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, he returned to his native Arizona and the State Bar of Arizona granted him admission in 2008. He is also Board Certified in Workers' Compensation  by the State Bar of Arizona.  

Since beginning his career as a lawyer, Mr. Fendon has earned a reputation as one of Arizona's most promising young attorneys. He has a "Superb" rating from Avvo, and he has received a Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished peer review* rating, along with a Distinguished client review rating. In addition, The National Trial Lawyers has included him on its list of the Top 40 under 40.

Thanks to his extensive legal knowledge of his practice areas, attorney Fendon has served as a guest speaker at seminars hosted by the State Bar of Arizona, and he is also a respected author on legal topics. Currently, he is the official workers' compensation editor at Attorney at Law Magazine of the Greater Phoenix area.

Mr. Fendon does not only work hard on behalf of his clients but also on behalf of the legal community. He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association. He is the President of the Arizona Association of Lawyers for Injured Workers (AALIW). He is also an active member of the Arizona Association for Justice and the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group.
