Martin Clunes is the perfect person to narrate and perform in this documentary about an incredible sea creature. If you enjoy watching an excellent film about these wonderful creatures and learn how they deserve our protection. Outstanding presentation, now just go and watch it.
Martin does a fantastic job, of explaining the issues with the manta, and so many other sea life. Thank you Martin, this needs to be seen by people around the planet.
I always want to know more about the sealife especially if it's on the verge of extinction. So, when I saw that Buffalo Productions had done one on the elusive manta I wanted to watch it. Once again it was most informative, touching, and personal. I learned that unlike their cousins the giant ocean manta ray in the Gulf of Mexico the reef manta ray of the Maldives don't sting. They remind me of the manatee, another gentle giant of the ocean. Underwater they look like something straight out of a sci-fi flick. I would recommend this documentary to anyone who has an interest in knowing more about these gorgeous mysterious rays. After seeing this show I would love to go to the Maldives and snorkel/dive with them.
having a dozen or so great grandchildren I needed something that would be special for them that we could watch together. i underestimated their ability to standstill and watch (all are under 7). this is a story of the kind of "monster" that is "warm & fuzzy". presented in a way that is charming. the appeal partly because of the narrator is awsome. thanks! there is absolutely no age limits.for interest.
