Victim of a corrupt Judge Maureen Sogluizzo from Hudson County Family Court in NJ whereby she took my son away from me unjustly
This judge is highly corrupt and acted without just cause, without proper records and facts and acted solely on behalf of my ex, the Defendant, only because he paid a top notch attorney while I represented myself "pro se". The attorney acted like he was running the show instructing the judge on what to do. This judge threw out my 300-page report against the Defendant and formulated her own decision based on what the Defendant's attorney suggested. My son was taken away from me based on false allegations, lies, defamation of my character, and without just cause or burden of proof. I have tried countless times to modify her court order but she denies each and every one that I apply for. I even asked for an "EMERGENT RELIEF" to have my son for the Christmas Holidays and she objected.
If you believe the Judge erred, your only option is to file an appeal. However, you would have to act swiftly. Good luck.

You would need to file an appeal immediately. I can't comment on the decision without reviewing the record. It sounds quite drastic that you do not even have supervised visits.
