She cares. That's the best thing. I never felt like number. She has left Pardee in Hendersonville NC. This makes me sad. SHE WAS THE ONE HOPE I HAD OF BEING CURED, NOT JUST TREATED.

First of all, if you're seeing a cardiologist, it can be a bit scary. But, Dr. Campbell makes you feel right at home. She has a great bedside manner, and while she gave me a very professional exam, I never felt like I was just "another patient." I'll definitely see her again if I need a cardiologist... And, her office staff are super friendly!

I am a registered nurse who recently retired in San Francisco after working in an East Bay hospital for 25 years. My husband has a very extensive cardiac medical and surgical history that was treated by exceptional practioners in the East Bay.. but now I needed to find a local cardiologist for his care. Dr. Campbell excepted my husband as a patient after reviewing his history and after our initial visit with her we both feel exceptionally pleased and reassured that we chose a perfect fit.
On our initial visit facilitated by her exceptional office manager Brian, we were greeted by a doctor who was well versed in his history prior to our visit. She allowed me to participate in her Q&A session. She listened intently to his/our concerns. Wonderful eye contact, pleasant and professional at all times during our visit. She reviewed his extensive medical/surgical history and offered valued suggestions on his continuim of care. She was direct, honest and makes it clear that only the patient can be responsible for maintaining their health, with her medical expertise as as a guiding force.
I have worked with physicians for over 40 years and have become quite a good judge of doctors who really are patient oriented and Dr. Campbell possesses that quality. We hit the jackpot and look forward to many years of a wonderful doctor/patient relationship.

How does the state allow this woman to practice? I've been having issues for some time.. If you don't have a specific condition that is noticeable don't see Campbell. I've been having issues with a racing heart for some time. All she said to me after doing tests "your heart is normal, lose some weight, and watch your blood pressure" Well I followed her advice and that was a year ago. I'm still having problems. Campbell is no longer my cardiologist. My new cardio asked if "Did Ms. Campbell go over your rests results with you" and I said "NO all she said was "your heart is normal, lose weight". My new cardio said "I know her and she doesn't think out of the box. If you don't have a problem that doesn't show up on tests, she will NOT explore other avenues at what is causing the problem." I hear she is now the Director of the Heart Transplant Center? How is this posible. Avoid this woman if you value your health.!
