Report
This is a great little book for anyone who wants to write a nonfiction themselves. This book is really about writing on a subject you are really passionate about, and putting everything you have into your writing. I really appreciate that the author recommends actually going out into the environment you are researching. He advises that you go out into the field and become as much a part of it as possible. Also, interviewing those in that line of work, study, etc;, so that you can get a really close perspective, and provide the best content. Each step of the process is assigned to different days, so that you can keep on track and so that you have a general timeline. This is really helpful, because I think most people feel better about following through on something when they know about how long it will take. The book also goes into exploring other forms of content that you can make. If you have a digital book, like say, for Kindle, you can create a paper book. You can create an audio book as well. Overall, a great book to get you started!

A book with a wonderful and promising title.
Unfortunately, that's all. I tried to find some useful content for me. But didn't find it. The content of the book is very poor.
Here are the chapters:
'How to find topic' - no information. It's impossible for me to find a topic after reading this chapter.
'Setting up the environment' - possibly some things can be used
'Research' is poor and obvious.
'Creating an outline' - is better a bit than other chapters.
The first draft - is obvious.
Edit and improve - so-so.
How to publish - here is even no any examples where I can publish the book!
Promoting the book - I can't imagine how I could use this chapter.
As a result, I couldn't find the way to use the content of this book. Though I tried hard.

It is difficult to give this tiny "book" of 23 pages a single star...quite shallow and extremely disappointing.

This book didn't do anything for me so i skimmed through it. My writing skill has always been great amongst my peers(but im aware it can always be improved). I really feel the title should be writing 101 for young beginning writers who are completely lost how to write a good essay. Some of this info i learned in middle school. Like the hamburger of how to writem. Sure there might be some who may learn from the book but i dont think it's for the writers who have a good amount of skill under there belt who also want their book to sell. I also catched (very few) gramatical/word errors within the first few pages which annoyed me. Skimmed through the rest. Like I said, I would give this to 10 year olds and middle schoolers or those who are set on improving their writing skill but need to start at the beginning.

Nothing at all in this book about how to write a book or how to do it in 21 days.
The 21 days are randomly divided up according to the tasks that you are meant to do but I don't know why the author believes the topics are important or why they will take that long because he doesn't tell us. Some of the topics are given unrealistically short amounts of time. For instance, he says that you should get someone you trust to read your book or get an editor to do it online and that whole process will take a couple of days. Just doing the research to find someone online who could do it, and finding and signing up to a freelance site will take a chunk of that time. Not to mention getting a cover made. He also suggests hiring a publisher. I'm not sure how you are meant to do that but presenting your work to a publisher and hearing back that they've decided to take you on as a client is going to take more than a couple of days.
There is also no advice on how to write your outline or how to write your first draft - the author just tells you to do it and then spends the chapter on outlining explaining why you need one and the chapter on writing the first draft telling the reader how to avoid writing by watching a movie or taking a nap or taking a walk. All of these things are fine things to do but they take the place of real content that could be in this book to cover the actual topic - writing a book in 21 days.
I wanted a practical book which covered HOW to do things and actually taught the topic directly. This book just talks around the topic and never gets down to serious help for the aspiring writer.
