The co workers are great and fun to work with but after 24 years from production to warehouse to supervisor to plant manager for the last 13 years with no complaints towards me even after I got hurt on job went through 2 surgery and more and still no complaints of my work until reported someone's son for stealing in upper management I knew it was just a matter of time before I was an ex employee

Purchased skylights for a construction project. Just after they shipped I decided larger skylights were needed. I expected a restocking fee, but 28% is excessive and I will not be doing business with this company in the future. As these were standard size windows that I found I could have purchased from Home Depot, I believe they could have easily resold these and didn't need to return them to the manufacturer. They claim the restocking fee included the return UPS shipment.
