Kelvin C. Wells

Kelvin C. Wells is a judge of the First Circuit Court in Walton County, Florida. He joined the court in 2004. His current term expires in January of 2019.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Wells received his A.A. degree from the Marion Military Institute in 1984, his B.A. degree from the University of Alabama in 1986 and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1990.[2]
Career
Wells began his career in 1991 as an assistant state attorney. In 1993, he became a partner of Smith, Grimsley, Bauman, Pinkerton, Peterman & Wells. He then served on the Okaloosa County Court from 2002 until his elevation to the circuit court in 2004.[2]
2012 election
Wells was unopposed and automatically re-elected following the primary election on August 14, 2012.[5][6]
