Good benefits, great team with good leadership
Cons
Employees are underpaid for the work they do, raises are minimal or nonexistent. Little room for advancement. Training is lacking.

The environment is awesome on bases and armories. Has nothing to do with the company, though.
Cons
Cheap company makes 100s of millions a year and pays terrible. No overtime, you work out of regular hours often and you have to comp yourself. Expects a high quality of work but does not pay for it.

Pros
Great working relationship with everyone. Working here is a lot closer than working in the Military. Everyone is a team player and the training program is phenomenal. A lot of room for career progression.

Pay could be better, but it's not too bad for what you do takes a year before you earn any vacation or sick days, but that was ok to me no other cons, really

Easy onboarding process, management effectively administered desired/required training/certifications.
Cons
Unfortunately I was not allowed to access to the project location, after more than 3 weeks of rescheduled start dates. Although the company did not provide relocation assistance(2x), I did refuse compensation for over 80 hours of training. after confirming no resolution for the security clearance issue.
