You literally have to fit in. You will be outcasted and treated unfairly if you don’t. To each their own. If you can handle being tested mentally and physically apart from the job requirements then it’s a great job for you. Great career, not so great company.

Poor management

New management is pulling the company down. The people who actually do the work are great to work with but a lot of the managers and executives are either not qualified or think they know everything. Multiple direction changes in the last few years and taking advantage of the good employees are driving down morale.
