John Edward White is a novelist, memoirist, essayist and playwright. He received an IPPY eLit award for his memoir about raising a Guide Dog for the Blind entitled "Dog Lessons: How Raising a Guide Dog Taught Me to See," won the El Dorado Writer's Guild Award, and the Editor's Prize Contest of the Grasslands Review.
