Saturday’s Muncie-Delaware County arrest log

Law enforcement agencies in Muncie and Delaware County jailed 18 people Saturday.

Except for warrant arrests, the following charges are informal and subject to change until the Delaware County prosecutor’s office reviews each case and files formal charges in court. In addition, some inmates listed below might have been booked into the jail to serve sentences for earlier convictions.

• Muns, Mark Allen, 28, Muncie, residential entry.
• Harty, Jeffery Joseph, 37, Muncie, leave accident scene/unattended vehicle.
• Tinnin, Trey Lamont, 25, Indianapolis, warrant not issued in Delaware County.
• Tinnin, Sammy Lee, 46, Indianapolis, habitual traffic offender.
• Johnson, Donald Jackson, 51, Muncie, criminal trespass.
• Edwards, Eric Terrell, 49, Muncie, battery resulting in moderate bodily injury.
• Whitaker, Austin Allen, 21, Muncie, strangulation.
• Scroggins, Anthony Alan, 40, Muncie, warrant not issued in Delaware County.
• Wagner, Belinda Kay, 38, Muncie, possession of controlled substance smoking instrument.
• Harless, Richard Todd, 46, Muncie, operating while intoxicated: endangering a person.
• Rossner, Michelle Renee, 48, Muncie, battery: no injury.
