Janssen follows a defined and specific process to ensure that our procedures for making educational grants are consistent with appropriate guidelines and policies. The guidance we use to evaluate our support of various educational programs is based on recognized standards.
All grant and contribution requests are reviewed for compliance with our policies and relevant legal and industry requirements, including guidelines set forth by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).
