Fabulous as always... Been seeing Doc for over 20 yrs

Just had my yearly follow up. Doc is amazing.

After 15 yrs. I went back to see Dr. Floyd. I was his last patient so we talked a lot. A woman was in the rm, I found out later sh wasn’t a nurse. The non-nurse was told to refer me to a neurologist, that never happened. I went to see dr again after I got out of hospital, The non-nurse interfered with my visit & rushed dr. Out. Because non-nurse told him to. I still need help, I’ll go to ER), don’t see this jerk, he only does colds & medication refills. Anything else he tells non-nurse to refer you. And that will never happen.

I am very thankful for the precautions they are taking to keep us a little more safe from catching the corona virus. The facility is clean. They wiped down the area I was in after taking my weight and blood pressure. The room looked and smelled clean. The lobby has very few chairs and we are spread out. And you are for sure not getting in without them asking those corona virus questions every time you call and go in. The staff is understanding and friendly as always and doc Floyd is the best! Thank you all for all you do for myself and family.

I have been seeing Dr. Floyd for over 5 yrs. He is very understanding and knowledgeable. I love his staff as well. It's like one big family.

Dr Floyd is always attentive and caring.. very intelligent and excellent at diagnosis ..staff is friendly... highly recommend his practice!

Dr. Floyd will always be my provider. He is such compassionate person. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his staff!

This was my first time to see Dr. Floyd. He was very knowledgeable with my current medical condition and made me feel at ease. His staff was friendly and I didn’t have to wait very long before I was called back!

How can grade his review,when all the complaint was not good...I looking for a Dr. He won't be the one I choose...It should be 2.9

Run, don't walk away. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading terrible reviews because they were conveniently close to home... That was a mistake. After charging me and my insurance, I tried for over a month to find out if I could get my money back that I was owed. No one was able to even tell me my balance. How do you run an office with medical insurance and are unable to tell someone their balance??? I am filing a claim through the federal False Claim Act, as they are not managing insurance properly. I suggest you do the same once you are put through the ringer with them.

Don't go here if you have any other options! It's almost cheaper to go to the ER! I went here for the second time 11/03/17 to have my migraine prescription refilled. (First time cost me $92, but I thought higher cost was probably due to fact I was a new patient, full physical, etc.) When I left, they said my portion was $29.46 - no big deal - I paid it. Now I received a bill for an additional $105.12 AFTER insurance covered their part. Apparently, they charged $255 for an office visit to get 3 prescription refills and then expect me to cover $130 of it after insurance wouldn't cover the full ridiculous amount. When I called to complain, they even admitted they only charge people without insurance $82, but refused to lower my bill!!! What's the point of insurance if you charge less without it? THIS IS FRAUD! TWO IDENTICAL APPOINTMENTS SHOULD NOT COST 2 DIFFERENT PRICES! WATCH OUT FOR THESE CROOKS!

Dr Floyd is very knowledgeable. He is very patient and listens to your problems. His staff is all very nice and the office is very clean. I never wait for an appointment and can usually get in same day.

Professional, courteous, sincerely engaged with patient. Have been seeing him for 6 years and would never look elsewhere. Would give more stars if possible!

He answers your questions, he pays attention to what you say he is a great doctor I already have recommended him to others

He doesn't want to address any of my problems, I am an epileptic, I need to see a neurologist he referred me to someone but he waited 6 months to refer me and didn't send the referral papers so I didn't get to see the doctor, even though he said was going to, also suffer from depression, anxiety, ptsd, and he didn't want to address any of this, I also have congestion problems which I am having big problems with, he's the worst doctor I have ever seen

Dr. Floyd is a very good and through primary care physician. He operates a small but very well equipped clinic associated with the St. Francis Hospita ...

Dr. Floyd seems like a nice person but my family could never get an appointment when we were sick. I called on a Monday about a problem I was having and was told that the next available appointment was the following Monday. So I ended up going to Germantown Minor Medical where I was treated. My daughter woke up with severe back pain, she was screaming for help with the pain. I urgently called Dr. Floyd's office but there were no available appointments. So, I explained the urgency of the situation to the receptionist and proceeded to tell her that I really need an appointment for my daughter but I was still told, no appointments available. My husband ended up taking her the the Germantown Minor Medical Clinic, quite a drive since we live in Millington. My son fell at school and hit his head so I called for an appointment just to make sure that he was okay but there were no appointments so we went to the ER at Baptist. It would have been nice if there was a nurse practitioner that we could have seen. As nurse practitioners are usually quite through. I can't believe how often this has happened so we are done with Dr.Floyd's office. I just called Tricare to find my family another physician, one that we can see when we are sick.

72 HOURS FOR A PRESCRIPTION REFILL IS TERRIBLE. AFTER PHONING ON THE 3RD DAY TO FIND OUT WHY MY PRESCRIPTION HAD NOT BEEN CALLED IN I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO GO IN FOR A VISIT! THEY DIDN'T PHONE ME AND TELL ME THAT. ALSO I HAD A VERY SWOLLEN EYE AND NEEDED TO SEE THE DOC, THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD NO APPOINTMENTS UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK - I SAID SHOULD I GO TO THE ER AND THE GIRL SAID "I SUPPOSE SO"!!

excellent in diagnosing my illness;displays professionalism and is very knowledgeable

I went in for a routine physical. Also, I had severe hip pain which eventually required cortisone from another doc.He was great. Spent a lot of time with me and asked what I considered to be the right questions. His nurse called me two days later with the results of my blood test. Told me my cholesterol was high and I needed to start walking briskly 1 hour per day. Apparently she didn't read the part in my chart about the debilitating hip pain. Oh well.
