Not terrible, not great

Relatively easy work, somewhat insensitive management. Not fulfilling or exciting. Not the most understanding. Not an especially taxing environment, but the management can be a little cruel.

Good work environment they lookout for the worker's

I always enjoyed going to work the people the staff was always a pleasure to talk with and work with. Supervisor's would always roll up thier sleeves and jump right in to do what it takes to make production goals it was fun working with them. Management would come up with job's like cleaning the warehouse to painting the bathrooms when work slowed down just to keep the employees from suffering wit...

Not a great experience

I worked at innovative for just over 3 years.the work load is generally overwhelming and the pay is sub par to say the least.the management team is by far the worst I've ever worked for and if you want a raise usually it pans out to less than .25.on a good note other than the management team everyone I worked with was awesome.

It's entry level manufacturing. They'll work you to death if you don't find a better option.

Diverse group of employees. The best thing is that they don't judge anyone based on personal choices.

They taught me how to do my job and meet the goals. Attendance is important but there are different shifts to choose from. They give second chances and there is tons of diversity. The hardest part is standing all day. The best part is that management and HR really care about the employees.
