7 months ago I bought my newly purchased lincoln town car in for alignment69.99,, new tires were on it ,after they were done it wasnt right,steering wheel was crooked,2nd time they said it was because of bad tie rods,that they should have caught the first time,89.00,still wasn't right,steering wheel was still crooked,and pulled bad to the right,called back and owner said his machine wasnt calibrated,to come back in 4 weeks and car should work itself out, what ?shouldnt you know your machine isn't calibrated and tell customers that ?I didn't go back because I'm not stupid enough to do so,they would have come up with some other reason why car won't align, stick to just selling tires,I would not recommend this place to anyone,the only reason I gave one star is because I had to,now my new tires on front are ruined and I have to bye more,260.00,but it will not be from inks,

I will NOT be back. I have lived here all of my life and watched their funny commercials. SO I MADE THE MISTAKE OF TAKING MY HARD EARNED MONEY THERE!!! The lady at the front counter argued with me over what I said I wanted done to my vehicle. Rude!!!!! A tire store with the attitude of a bad McDonalds drive thru. Rays tire or Tillmans for me from now on in West Monroe!

Family owned and operated business! Having at least one of the owners present during all operating hours is awesome. I like that they open at 7am and allow drop off vehicles. No appointments accepted so get there early!

They lie about time taken for the job. Once you are in you may spend 4 hour at the shop. I specifically asked about the time taken before giving the keys and they said not too long. So , my problem is there service.
