        Pros

Other than the coworkers the company does not have any.

        Cons

Everything about this company is cheap starting by the upper management as they get all the money for them, but for regular employees : low salaries, not promotions (unless you brown-nose the COO) even if you are not qualified for the position. The company contracts deficient services and complaints when they do not work as the high quality services, purchases used or refurbish equipment and expect it to work and brand new this again because they are so CHEAP that do not want to pay for what is needed to succeed. Management tries as much as possible delay or not to pay the claims to the customers so they can save money.

          Pros

Great work/life balance. Lots of potential for promotion. Management is very understanding.

          Cons

I worked at the older building and did not have a real desk/office. The PAS claims system is old and outdated.

            Pros

Nice people. Pretty slow paced. Great place to learn.

            Cons

No release management. Great place to learn but limited room for advancement. Tends to pigeon hole employees not allowing for growth.

              Pros

Nice people, location, benefits. If you are looking for a job that is easy going, laid back, and does not require much, then this is the perfect job.

              Cons

There is no room for growth overall within the company. Many of the folks there have worked the same job with no promotion for years.

              Product Owner

I have not interviewed in 15 years and have an interview coming up for a Product Owner position. Any tips on what questions I can prepare for? Thanks in advance!

              Purchasing Agent

Hello, Has anyone interviewed at Energizer Holdings before? Have gone through 5 rounds; what should I expect next? Does anyone know the brilliant range for a Buyer? The recruiter won’t tell me for some reason. Thanks!

              Consultant

I received a message from corporate leader who is also one of my clients saying that they have an opening if I am interested….right now, I like my current job but would still like to be considered for other opportunities within that organization in the future. What is a proper response to their message?
