Pros
Ownership & HR are both top notch! This is easily the best company I’ve ever worked for. Our HR manager is simply a joy.
Cons
Underwriting is repetitive in general - not sure how to improve on that. But forcing any break from the norm is appreciated.

Pros
Work with nice people and because it is a small company you get to do a lot of different things. That can be good or bad dependent on what responsibilities they end up being.
Cons
No clear path for promotions and the company is not very young. Mostly older, admin type employees, so there just isn't much flexibility. Many employees are very set in their ways and aren't willing to adapt.

The company is very flexible with me still being enrolled in school. The people were great to work with and the atmosphere in the office was very friendly
Cons
The tasks my job required me to do were rather remedial and I found myself being quite bored during the week.

Open door policy, good management, accessible management and upper management, good opportunities within the company, being a smaller company there is a family atmosphere, friendly and helpful co-workers (including other branches), strong home office team, good IT support

Its the best environment I have ever worked. Friendly and very professional people to work with and very generous in bonuses.

The downside of it, they had to downsize to hopefully sell the company.

terrible management at this point. No operations management which has hurt the company. At this point, job security for many is questionable.
