So patient ( and believe me, we changed our minds a million times on what we wanted…from condo, to resort living), to finally coming full circle and finding the perfect house for us. Helen took the time ( over a year) and each time she took us out, she was as enthusiastic as the first time. She negotiated a great price( 60k under asking) AND made the whole process so seamless from inspection to mortgage to closing in 30 days! If you want someone that will work for you, that is professional, and really knows the ins and outs ( more than you can ever imagine) then call Helen Katz.
