Pros
- The pay is good. - Flexible work environment. - Good people work here that are generally easy to get along with.
Cons
- Benefits could be better. - Leadership is creating a toxic work culture full of anxiety. When people are afraid to make a mistake in fear of losing their job, everyone suffers. - New changes to the organization have prioritized a short-term outlook vs the company's long standing long term approach. This has created a burnout culture and contributes to the anxiety that everyone is feeling about their job security. - Transparency from leadership is at an all-time low. - 5 years ago, I would have highly recommended Greene Tweed. It was a place where people worked together and supported each other. Now it is a place where people point fingers and want to blame everyone else for issues.

Pros
Nice clean work environment, some people are worth befriending.
Cons
Management will throw you under a bus the moment is convinient for them and the union employees make stories up and organize to get you in trouble. Do your job and nothing more, don't do any favor and document everything no one is your friend there... No one

Point System is not fair especially since most live more than half an hour away plus construction and location is very inconvenient other wise ok to work not sustainable though

Pros
Very solid place to gain an understanding of manufacturing. There are a lot of interesting problems that need to be solved.
Cons
Communication is slow, management seems a bit detached from the shop floor.
- 3.0Anonymous EmployeeFormer Employee
Pros
- The people are nice. - The pay is definitely competitive. - The benefits were pretty good.
Cons
- Bogged down in paperwork and politics - Starting to suffer from the same "corporate culture" problems that many companies today are falling prey too - Depending where you end up, you could be set up for failure due to conditions outside of your control and inter-company politics
