mo s.Chicago, IL13736Jul 26, 2022Absolutely horrible managment - issues are not being addressed and property manager is almost never in the building and if he is just sits in his office. Building is run down, carpets are all in stain which I believe is leak from underneath. Leak in garage that keep ruin my car for 10 years - minimal action taken just to pretend something "was done". I complained many times about rude maintenance personnel- nothing was done as well and I keep feeling uncomfortable in my own building where I own my condo!
