Good
NCTA (Former Employee) - El Paso, TX - April 16, 2024
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedNCTA was by far the best call center I have work for. The only bad think was they laid us off, with not enough notice and only choose 3 agents to work from home.

Okay but not worth the pay
Recovery Specialist (Former Employee) - Weldon Spring, MO - April 14, 2024
It’s a fine job if you just want a simple desk job, pay isn’t great and it’s pretty mind numbing work. Not many opportunities to grow within the company either

Trainer (Former Employee) - Lakeland, FL - April 12, 2024
A Good place to start to get experience but not a long term job. They expect quire a bit of work on the phones but you learn how to multitask if you have no other call center experience before this.

Good entry level work from home job
Customer Service Associate (Current Employee) - New York, NY - April 3, 2024
This is a good place to learn at an entry level work from home job. Training is decent, but it's more of a learn as you go job, although the 3 week training time is decent compared with other places. Somes TLs are great, others are lazy. The pay is minimum wage, so there's that. I don't hate it, but I can't live in minimum wage, otherwise it wouldn't be so bad.

It was a job.
Account Representative (Former Employee) - Huntington, WV - April 2, 2024
At the location I was at, management did care. They were trying to make the best out of a bad situation. The problem is the corporate goons and their policies from the top really hampered many people's work-life balances. You got paid time and a half. Sadly, all your free time is dominated by the company. I can't say I was paid unfairly or anything, and it did get me through some tough times. But the way the company is run made me realize that my place was in education.
Pros
Paid overtime, Surprisingly good dental benefits, management did care
Cons
short break times, low pay, long hours, rude clients

Fun workplace
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Waco, TX - March 31, 2024
I enjoyed working at this company. The work is easy but it’s repetitive and you are on call once a month. I really have no complaints other than the pay is pretty low. You do have a chance to potentially work from home if your quality scores are good.

Unnecessarily stressful
Collections Specialist (Former Employee) - Copperas Cove, TX - March 24, 2024
What is the best part of working at the company? There is nothing positive about this company. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? It's like high school, you're rewarded for brown nosing. Your hardwork will get punished with more work. No raises. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Cliques, very childish. It's all about who you know, not your work ethic What is a typical day like for you at the company? Normal, call center hours. Normal call center pace. Pretty standard work environment, nothing special.

Supportive
Representative, Customer Service (Former Employee) - El Paso, TX - March 21, 2024
It was a good place to start working. The managers were supportive while working. Sometimes they would send text messages about work after hours. However, everything was well in general.

Easy job hr problems
Agent (Current Employee) - Copperas Cove, TX - March 15, 2024
Other than them changing policies and taking sick time away it’s an easy job and anyone can do it. Have to have patience and able to sit and look at a computer for 8 hours.

Meh
Account Representative (Former Employee) - Lakeland, FL - March 11, 2024
Calls started almost as soon as your day began, and could be back to back, depending on the season. Management tended to be isolated from the staff. Often questions posted in chat were ignored, or not answered until well after the call was finished. Once you were out of training and nesting, you were pretty much on your own.
Pros
Pay was good, easy to make up missed time
Cons
Questions are sometimes not answered, once out of training and nesting, you're pretty much on your own

Good for experience
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Mesa, AZ - March 8, 2024
Wasn't awful. Definitely a place to move on from- not a lot of opportunity for moving up. I wouldn't come here for anything other than entry level work, unless you have A LOT of experience. Sometimes they have opportunities with exclusive contracts that are pretty good.

Going. Going. Gone.
Accountant (Former Employee) - Houston, TX - February 27, 2024
Going, going, GONE. It used to be a good place to work. Always busy, and you would be paid under market. The only good thing WAS job security. That ended with new management. The end of an era.
