Management needs to figure it out.

They hire in people who do absolutely nothing, and the job is not hard at all. These people get paid dollars more an hour than the workers who actually do their job. Many good workers have quit, and management can't figure out why.

Easy work load

Very low stress, very structured for what needs to be done (on a schedule). Great first job. I am expected to get things done and it is very easy to get those done. There is a fair amount of down time as well.

G&W Foods is a fun, easy-going company to work for. Low stress level and very flexible schedule. Overall great, but the pay is about as low as it gets.
