Was recommended to Alex from my older brother. This Suzuki is my first bike and I knew it needed some tlc before I could ride it with ease of mind. I got the bike in about a week which I did not mind. They changed and cleaned the 4 carbs and made sure the bike was ready to roll and that she did for the whole rest of the summer and fall!
I for sure will be bringing the bike back for pre season check up! Safe and happy riding y'all. thanks to Alex and the shop!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alejandro O.IL, IL01Jun 21, 2023
To begin this shop is great. I was referred here from a friend. called the shop yesterday 06/20/2023 gentleman said bring the bike in we'll get you back on the road. I wasn't able to make it to the shop before closing so I dropped it off after hours. Received a called while at work at 9am the next day on 06/21/2023 saying the bike is done. never had speedy service like this before to all friends family and other bikers out there this shop is the real deal. outstanding and reasonable pricing.

I've been going to Alex for a few years. Recently he fixed my wife's Can Am Spyder.
Took a while since Covid slowed the parts for everything.
We have it back and she is very happy.
I've sent many people over for Tires and Oil changes.
Better Prices and better service than the Dealers.
Thanks Alex!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - J S.Schaumburg, IL01Jun 9, 2022
The harley mechanic at this shop sent me home with a new rear wheel that is not aligned properly at all with the tire rubbing the belt and left side of the fender. He argued with me on the phone and said "I put on what you gave me. You ordered a wheel that won't fit on your bike." So rather than call me or the wheel manufacturer to get info on wheel fitment (which the manufacturer confirmed "does" fit) or just simply put my old wheel back on he instead chose to mount the wheel anyway knowing it wasn't moving smoothly. Now I have a new tire that is trashed and a lot more could've happened while riding off. I was hoping that the owner would've followed up with me about what happened but he left it at that.

I got a flat tire on my Harley Deuce, which I bought at Windy City. After limping the bike from Elgin to St Charles they told me they were out of inner tubes. They said even if they had one I would have to leave it for a few days, because they were backed up. I tried the Woodstock store and the hung up on me. I called Fortinelli, they said "Yep we have them" I brought it in and they took care of me within 1/2 hour. Alex was backed up too, but being a decent human being, he understood the difference between an emergency and a normal repair.

Update to my first review - I've brought my bikes and my wife's bike here for servicing for a few years now and literally every interaction and experience here has been positive. Their work is excellent, they are up front and honest, and I have always felt that the bill is reasonable or better.

I brought my Harley Police bike here for some routine maintenance. They did a quick and thorough job and the bill was more than fair.
I will definitely be bringing my bike and my wife's bike here for all of our repair and maintenance work from now on. - Jul 12, 2020
Ok shop. They sold me tires in the beginning for my 2009 Harley Davidson 883. Alex the owner is friendly but the motorcycle mechanic is too sassy for me. He was honest but very critical which is why the 3 stars. I had an oil change and assumed all was well. That is where I got a critical view of the K and N oil filter I had on my motorcycle. I had address a fellow motorcyclist who worked for Harley Davidson in St Charles suggested to put this on and it ran good. After Fornarelli did my oil change my motorcycle was not running like it should when I thought getting my tires and doing the preventative maintenance. Ended up being a scary surprise of worry. It took them 2 months and I did not have a motorcycle after 4th of July and my birthday. I had to contact them and when I finally did they said they we're done. Again they sold me good tires but if they do oil changes please do NOT critique the owner of the motorcycle. I was hoping after i got a ride to where my car was since I had that problem I would have the same offer to bring me back to my car after paying for the motorcycle repair of loose metal scrape after they did me a oil change. A bit hesitant to go back in my experience next to them telling me I should sell my motorcycle since i bought a lemon from Woodstock Harley Davidson after getting a engine replace from rider error from a motorcycle mechanic from Bridgeview IL prior to before they service the oil and other problems which I did NOT experience before.
