Florence leadership is definitively fair. I came from Chandler Unified and I'm being paid more! There is a bit of a drive to get here, but it is worth it. Great HR department! Great Superintendent! Great Principals! Great Deans! This district is a a powerhouse of great leaders and teachers!

I can only speak on the experience at NVE. The job in itself wouldn’t be as stressful if faculty and staff had MORE support from the head administration. Classroom assistants are looked over, talked down to by the administration, and aren’t treated equally and fairly to teachers although the work load is the SAME. A good place to work for a teacher. Though I did find the treatment of teachers during COVID to be not a good way to feel comfortable about concern for my health. Which is the reason I decided to retire.
