If you don't have experience it's not for you
Collector (Current Employee) - Norcross, GA - November 23, 2020
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedIf you don't have experience it's not for you. They don't train you and don't give you to the tools or support to succeed. Either you know what you're doing or you don't. And if you don't you won't last long.
Pros
Pay and breaks are great
Cons
Insufficient training

Unprofessional
Collections Specialist (Former Employee) - Georgia - October 24, 2022
The managers was very unprofessional. Did not receive help when asked for. The communication from my manager was terrible. Was using our personals phones and emails for a form of communication. When having Morning meeting employees and supervisor would use profanity. Very unprofessional and unorganized

Fast Paced, Growing Organization
Compliance (Current Employee) - Peachtree Corners, GA - August 28, 2019
In the seven years I've been with FFAM, I have meet and worked with some really great people, and I have been able to learn and grow with the organization, I have moved from managing Client Services to Compliance and have seen many others promoted from within. FFAM is a fast paced, rapidly growing organization with a culture of Compliance. Compliance with all Federal Regulations which govern the industry, Client requirements and Company Policies. FFAM's Board and Executive Management are actively involved in the day to day of the organization and are constantly looking for ways to better our organization.
If you enjoy a fast paced environment, great people, and know how to follow the rules, then FFAM would be a great place for you.
Pros
Great people, good work/life balance
Cons
Benefits could be a little better

It ok
Collections Representative (Current Employee) - Peachtree Corners, GA - July 24, 2019
I'm new to the company I have not established 90 days yet my benefits have not kicked in overall just going to work every day sometimes it's a little boring first week was a little slow the owner is very pumped he gives great pep talks the accounts that we working on right now is not enough to hit budget mainly a lot of account maintenance but that's just to ensure that you know our job is secured and we are not you know hanging with the threat of getting fired over our heads due to non productivity everyone is aware of the accounts that we are working on and as long as you come to work as long as your attendance is good and your attitude is is is well and you show some enthusiasm about what you're doing it's a pretty cool place to work

Fast paced. Great People and Management. Lots of Growth. Culture of High Achievement!
Client Service Representative (Current Employee) - Peachtree Corners, GA - April 18, 2019
Fiestt Financial Asset Management and the FFAM360 companies are really an outstanding organization to work with. A family owned business whose executive ownership really is engaging and shared a clear vision and direction of where the company is headed. The growth I have seen in the Company is exciting! Be prepared for a fast pace atmosphere that does require a strong work knowledge. Management recently launched a Leadership Development program and they host team building events, which is awesome! No job is perfect and there certainly days that can be difficult. But over all, I have really enjoyed getting to learn new things and grow with this company. Benefits are pretty good, although I wish they provided some type of Retirement Savings plan. Otherwise, all good.
Pros
Strong Culture. Nice Offices. Good people. Executive Leadership who Cares.
Cons
Need to be a self starter. Training is average. Benefits are average.

Would never work with again
anonymous (Former Employee) - Atlanta, GA - March 2, 2018
I don't know much about this company, but in my few dealings with them I have found they are ridiculously manipulative and bald-faced liars. They would rather burn professional bridges than pay their bills or honor their commitments. Also, it seems they'll allow anyone whose willing to stab others in the back to become a "VP". Yet another company where title means nothing.
Pros
none
Cons
liars and cheats

Administration
Corporate Administrator (Current Employee) - Peachtree Corners - January 27, 2018
Great company to work for. Promotes internally if you have a can do work ethic. Flexible work schedule Mon to Friday. The only con is traffic but this cannot be avoided in Georgia.
Pros
Room for advancement
Cons
Traffic

Poor Place To Work
Subrogation Representative (Former Employee) - Phoenix, AZ - August 29, 2017
The team leads are great, they get what you need done. As far as management of the company and the GENERAL MANAGER, they are awful, if you are not in good with them, they will make you feel like an idiot, or less than a person with everything you do. The employees are great it's just UPPER management that will make you want to leave that place. It is NOT worth the pay they give you, the environment is very stressful. You constantly have to watch your back with the general manager. I've even had him follow me on my breaks because the micromanagement was so heavy. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to work in subrogations. They have ran off many employees I know as well as me. They have also sprayed for bugs because there have been roaches as well as bed bugs.
Pros
Small Office, Employees are friendly
Cons
High School Like Environment, Dirty, Micromanagement, Salary not worth it

This is a 3rd party collection company
Collections Representative (Former Employee) - Norcross, GA - June 17, 2016
This company was my first job in GA. I was hired by a really nice lady who quit two weeks after hiring our group. She had been there 20 years. That was our first warning but we stayed. The managers are nicpickers about everything! Training is horrible and they will fire you for their lack of training. They constantly monitor your calls and writing you up. They have this thing about dress code as if it's their priority to write you up for whatever you wear. You will never make bonus. They're selective about who gets overtime and weekends. Theirs aot of nepotism there. The whites work up stairs in an "A1" office and the blacks work in the lower part of the call center. The owner drives around the company spying on you. Run very fast or just make a few dollars. This is NOT your dream job! It's 90% blacks working in a elementary environment.
Pros
Easily hired
Cons
High turn over
