Terrible management, job and environment
Not only is management terrible but the environment is just as bad. This is a great place to work if you love feeling worthless and get no recognition for the amount of work you do.

Opportunity to advance and earn a great living
This is a great place to work. For a long time there were overtime opportunities and I was making a lot of money. Now it's back to a straight 40 hour week but I've received a raise and advancement. It's a great place to work and good people to work with

Very poor training and unprofessional middle management.
No effective standardized training. Middle management has upper management completely in the dark as to what goes on, on the floor. Dishonest manipulation of employees is a common occurrence. Blanket threats of firing common.
