      Everyone was friendly, efficient and hard workers. I was picked up on time at the hotel, safe driving to office, quick checkin, car inspected and we were on our way. Steph was our driver and was so kind and efficient- made the drive so relaxing. Returned the car - quick and efficient. I kept the car a second day- text Steph and it was it was done in 30 seconds. Kaitlyn Ivy drove back to hotel- she was so friendly and a safe driver. Thank you

      I had a blow out on my car, so I needed a rent-a-car fast.

      So grateful for Cole at the Enterprise Leetsdale location.

      I called several locations to locate a car with no luck. Cole at the Leetsdale

      location told me to come on down and he would reserve the last car they had for me.

      When I arrived Cole was so friendly and efficient I was in and out with a car within minutes.

      Super easy return and top notch customer service from Cole.

      Enterprise is great, Cole is a superstar!

      Employees like Brady and Jacob is the reason why I remain a loyal customer to Enterprise. For other companies such as Hertz, their customer services were nonexistence.

      There was a problem in regarding to my reservation, I called this branch, and they PICKED UP the phone, and helped me and my wife to resolve the problem. Thanks to them, our vacation was not ruined!!!

      This Enterprise location is good. My wife and I booked an F150 to explore the mountains while my Dad was in town from the UK. On the morning of the booking I called to confirm and they mentioned that the Ford F-150 was no longer available. Good news is when I turned up the manager met us and offered us a wide array of similar vehicles.

      We ended up taking a Nissan Armada which was amazing, great drive and performance.

      Overall the experience with this Enterprise location was fantastic. The manager did an excellent job to ensure our service was 5-star.

      Will be back again soon.

      I rented a car for 8 days from Enterprise while my car was being repaired after being hit while parked in a parking lot. During the initial inspection while picking up the car, I agreed and signed that everything looked okay with the car. Upon return, the gentleman doing to inspection noticed what he said was "two to three spots of hail damage" on the roof of the car. Unfortunately I had not inspected the roof on the initial inspection, as it was an SUV and I needed to stand on the door frame of the car in order to look at the roof, and was not directed to do so (a mistake I will never make again). The car had been parked in a garage while at home or work while in my possession and had never been in the presence of hail during the time of my rental, which I explained. I was told I had to sign something agreeing that there was hail damage in order to return the car (my second mistake), and didn't quantify how much. Long story short, the damage was repaired the day after I returned the car and I received an invoice for nearly $1,300 for over 25 areas of hail damage covering the entire car (ironically more than the cost of the damage done to my car necessitating the rental in the first place). The claim was turned over to Enterprise's "Damage Recovery Unit" (DRU) and I consulted my insurance company and a lawyer. In the end, because I had signed a document agreeing that initially there was no hail damage, and that upon return there was, I was liable and had to pay for the damages. The DRU was incredibly difficult to get ahold of, very unprofessional and threatened to turn me over to collections the day after I received my invoice in the mail, less payment from my insurance company. I was undoubtedly scammed by this terrible company and will never be a customer of Enterprise again. Lesson learned, don't rent from Enterprise, don't sign anything you don't completely agree with and inspect and take video of every surface of a rental vehicle car on pickup and drop off.

      Excellent service. I have an allergic response to cigarette smoke and cannot accept a car that had people smoking. There just aren't many of those, cars without cigarette smoke. They tried just about every car they had available, until somehow they got a new car for me. Loved the car. Excellent performance, handling, electronics.
      Highly recommend this location. They were all good to me, though the manager went above and beyond expectations for me.

      We had a wonderful experience at this Enterprise. The people were so nice and helpful, and the car was clean and just what we reserved. We were able to pick the car up early after speaking to a HUMAN on the phone. During the rental I had a question, and again I was quickly connected to a human who answered my questions easily. Really can't say enough good things - above and beyond.
