Will I be charged for using the E-470 toll road?
A:
From my experience with toll roads in general when using a vehicle from enterprise, you will be billed on the credit card you used for the reservation with a possible daily fee of $3.95 convenience fee on top.

Desk clerk Humphrey was perfect. Car was great, the girls in the exit shack were great.
Check in was good too, I am only giving 4 stars because the bus /shuttle drive was not very helpful or clear in his communication.
I was hoping to be dropped off near the checkin for Southwest. Either curb side or inside

Turns out, you can't give negative stars. This experience went from bad to absolutely horrible and it happened all in a day. From not being able to rent from the local office, to securing and CONFIRMING our rental at another, to them giving our CONFIRMED rental away 10 minutes before our arrival, to having your employees staring at me as I try desperately to pick up the rental at a 3RD location, while having a breakdown over the whole situation. Thanks for that. Never again. And I work for a large corporation. So whoever I meet, I will be sure to tell them about this experience.
Update: I did call customer service who escalated it. I still haven't heard back from corporate. Side note: not a female friendly company. Losing what little respect I had (this was the only company we ever rent from) because the staff at the 3rd location, all males, stood and watched. In the dark, alone, I have never felt so lost. I want to acknowledge three young people working at the Enterprise at the airport, who made the experience of getting our rental car so easy and pleasant!
When we flew in from CA, we were exhausted. Unfortunately, the line at Enterprise was extremely long in the building.
I decided to click on the link from the text message I received an hour before from Enterprise, wondering how difficult it would be to get our car through the automated system.
I also walked out to the kiosk where we were to get our car AFTER we had done the paperwork. I asked the young woman working there (10:30 am on Thursday, Feb. 1st) how difficult it was to check out online and she assured me it was extremely easy! She was right, I completed the check-out in about 5 minutes, and she got us a great 4WD SUV right away.
Then, as we were pulling out and stopping at the booth at the gate, we were met by two friendly, personable young guys, Joey and Ian, who quickly checked the "paperwork", my driver's license, and the car. They asked how we were doing, and where we were from. When they asked how we liked the car, we told them great EXCEPT for the cigarette smell. We hadn't complained to the young woman because she was involved with many other customers.
Joey told us to be sure to mention it when we turn the car in, and that he was going to note it on his report. He said "We are so sorry. Enterprise will take care of you when you return the car."
What a way to start our trip! Kudos to these young people.

Denver is always notorious for the rental car situation, taking at least an hour. Today, i rented thru enterprise, got a free upgrade to a midsized SUV, and was on the road in 10 minutes. Personnel was friendly from pickup to the airport to service counter even at drop off everyone was polite and helpful. The car i had ran without issues. Overall, I was very happy with my experience.

If I can give this place negative stars I would. After waiting over an hour for a car, photographs depict the conditions of the vehicle we received. Apparently, THIS car rental location does not clean the inside of the vehicles after you have spent $770.00+ renting them for 3 days.
I am not a hunter. I am not a skier. If you are those things great, but I shouldn't get what's left over from someone else's experience. The vehicle we received was an Armanda and it smelled like cigarettes. I quit smoking 9 years ago, so giving me a car that smells like a dive bar isn't helpful to my history. Also, mud everywhere? I have white sneakers on in a vehicle that has mud all over the place.
When we got to the attendant, I took the Matt from under my feet and showed it to her. Additionally, I asked her to open the door and look inside to smell the car and see my complaints. The best she could do at that moment was allow us to bring the vehicle back empty.
Awful. I've never had a rental experience like this. The attendants working the counter were inefficient. I understand customer service and being friendly, but customers shouldn't be at the counter with reservations longer than 15-20 minutes.
The quick checkout machines are temperamental with your drivers license and only one works. Good luck with that.

Dropping off our rental car around 6 a.m. on a Monday in October, the line of cars waiting to be checked in was sooooo long and moving slowly with just two staff members present. Finally, one staff member told everyone that if there was no damage to the cars to leave the keys and head to the airport.

The pick-up and drop-off process ran so smoothly. This was my first time renting a car, and as stressful as I had expected it to be -- it was anything but! Both the young man who helped us with pick-up (I can't remember his name) and the young woman, Audrey (or Aubrey?), who was with us for the drop-off process were both great! They were very kind and helpful. The shuttle service was great as well. Overall, a very easy process -- I'd definitely recommend Enterprise to a friend!

We typically have good experiences with Enterprise rentals, and this one was no different other than being extra exceptional :) Each team member we came in contact with had a genuine smile on their face along with superb customer service. We arrived on the afternoon of July 29th, so whoever was working that day deserves a raise. It was a busy time, yet they still managed to chug through the line like pros!

As we arrived there was a line to check in and another line for those that already had a pass. The pass was issued if you had done all paperwork online.
Staff: I was helped by KC with glasses and Jordan. Both were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. At return I was helped by Alexia and she was also very friendly and helped us fast.
