Their employees retain your financial information from past interactions (credit/debit card number), hire outside companies to do work "for you" that you never requested, and then stick you with the bill of almost $500. I'm not even joking (sadly)! Sounds illegal? Oh, I'm sure it is. But good luck getting yourself out of this mess. This company takes no responsibility for the actions of their employees and then you have to spend the next four months chasing after them and they still refuse to reimburse you more than half of the money they stole from you.
