    Pros

Unheard of Benefits that consist of: 6% Match on 401 K, 3 year fully vested pension, 18 Paid Holidays, 12 PTO days to start, 12 Sick days to start, Fully paid health, dental and Vision through Union. Room for growth, if you are a passionate person who works very hard and wants your work to glow and show. The president & CEO really does a good job of recognizing your hard worked efforts. I have worked with MANY executives such as President/CEOS CFO, CCO, VPs and I have never met a more passionate, caring, hard working, and humble Executive. I am the happiest I have ever been in a corporation. EHDOC is a true family. Of course some people will always complain and try to be negative but that is only projection and perhaps that person is truly not a hard worker, or a person who has the dedicated devotion and passion for what they do. The company is changing since the new President and CEO took over, making policies and procedures, making things more efficient and successful. Some people just do not accept change.

    Cons

I really have nothing negative to say. I am very happy with my job. The new President and CEO is a huge believer of work life balance, how can anyone list cons?

      Interview

easy, but very old-fashioned. Not very interested in young candidates. not a very friendly group of people. does not seem there is room for expansion in the company. slow-process. need to be very prepared. online, in-person. people are not very prepared.
