- LightPacker308286Rockville, MD33 contributionsWe drove from nearby Hotel to the Garden of Gods one hour before sunset. There are a few of viewings parking spots along the oneway driving circle. Having taken landscapes pictures, we had tons of the happy smiling photos.Written April 18, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Resort5584286 contributionsThis museum was excellent in all aspects. We had just finished watching the series Masters of the Air . It was very cool to see all of the displays of memorabilia and read the stories . The planes were beautifully restored. The docents were so very knowledgeable and helpful, Rob was ours and he took us over to the Westpac building to see the restoration work being done on various planes. Our grandson even got to try out the flight simulator!
It was a wonderful place to revisit as well as every month they take out one of their restored planes and fly it.Written April 20, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Definitely hit the lift to see the zoo from above! Even though you're climbing a mountain throughout the zoo, its not a terrible incline and totally manageable with kids and strollers!Written March 23, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lindsay JLebanon, TN7 contributionsWe visited to take the haunted lantern tour and had a great time. Our guide Jeremy H was fantastic and really added to the atmosphere of the tour. It really is a tour only by lanterns and a small red flashlight as needed by our guide.

- paws0810Mesa, AZ2,520 contributionsWe’ve been here a few times in the last couple years I believe five years ago we were in the church and it was beautiful. I cannot believe it is under construction still. - teejIowa City, IA7 contributionsGreat place to go for a hike that is less crowded than Garden of the Gods park. - DillonM1905Laramie, WY443 contributionsThis came recommended from a friend at work. We started up the incline on a March afternoon, great weather. Not too crowded but there was some ice and snow that made parts of the climb tricky. We made it but did not break any records. If you are not in shape, this is going to be VERY hard - the incline gets very steep - and after to reach the top you have to get back down. The trail down (2+ miles not on the incline) was very slippery in some areas - watch out. Amazing views and a great physical challenge.Written March 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Grant K8 contributionsAmazing drive! Gorgeous! The trail was icy but we went up the road and hiked on the gold road trail. The falls are beautiful and it's worth it just for the drive up!Written March 31, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jshj72Mesa, AZ39 contributionsWent during the week at 2pm
Many of the athletes were out of town at events or on a break but our guide made sure we could see and learn as much as possible .it was interesting to see the training facilities . He shared many interesting facts and stories .
There is inside and outside walking from building to building . We were able to see the boxers training and the Paralympic women’s basketball teams practicing . Swimmers were just arriving for afternoon practice as our tour was ending . No right or wrong time to go as team schedules change . We were pleased with our tour . If you are interested in the Olympics or it’s history - highly recommend .Written October 5, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. But parking is very limited, especially at popular trailheads, so get there early if you go.Written September 24, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
