The customer service from this place is pure garbage. Incompetent employees and when you make a payment online for the sake of sanity, good luck with them knowing where the payment is. I had a small collection account I didn't even know about and contacted them to pay it off. At one point I mistakenly overpaid and they said they couldn't refund the difference. Instead they said I must contact my bank so I did that. I then paid the exact amount and they said they don't know where the payment is. What??? Lol and you can't speak to the financial department. Companies should not do business with them. It's foolish.

Scammers. This company sends fake collection notices in the hopes unsuspecting people fall for their scam.
I received a $1,200 collection notice for an ATT account. Guess what? I have never had any ATT services (no TV, no cable, no cell, nothing).
They claim is an ATT cable account from 5 years ago.
1) I don't own a TV
2) ATT was not even in the area 5 years ago!
If you don't pay they hurt your credit score. Talk about extortion!
Google "EOS CCA" and you will find hundreds of complaints online. Even if this is a real company they are relying on a scam/ extortion to make money.

This place is buying old disputed debt of centurylink trying to collect on unverified debts. They will report you to the credit bureaus without validation of the claims. This business and the owners deserve to go down in flames for all the heartache and trouble they cause consumers. If you are like me and watch over your credit scores you will know when this shady company hits you...

I'm writing this post again in tears dealing with this company. I checked my credit last year and found this account - since then my credit score has gone down 30 points. The bill is for a hospital visit - the hospital entered my social instead of my husband's. This should be a quick fix right - wrong - In January, my insurance company and myself did a three way conference call with EOS CCA - they explained to them how to correct this and have the bill paid. I was told it should take 3 to 4 weeks to clear. It's August and know no one has a record of my insurance calling. I wrote their corporate office in July, no response - can't get anyone from corporate on the phone. The phone call today last 5 minutes with - do you plan on paying this bill today - if not I'm ending the call - I said no and she hung up.......I'm now considering taking them to court........

Your customer service sucks, I've asked for a manager twice and your representatives just hang up on people. How the F do you expect to get paid with customer service like this? AND my collections notice was complete bs, I paid center link off FOUR YEARS AGO! I have a receipt of the transaction but when I try to provide that your representatives hang up on me. This is straight bs. Piss pore customer service.

John Muir, after never sending me a co-pay statement, sent a nominal amount to this "organization" for collections. This "place" never called me and just appeared on my credit report. My attempts to contact these "people" were met with infinite looping recordings. I'll be disputing this debt, seeing as it's impossible to pay and may not really exist.
I can't help but wonder though. Does EOS CCA really exist or is it some kind of self-perpetuating social experiment?
Thanks for dinging my credit spectral company!Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Trinh M.Baldwin Park, CA66152Aug 4, 2015
SCAM ALERT!
They try to collect money from my aunt, saying it's the debt to AT&T, but my aunt just came to US 2 months ago, no accounts opened; even if she wanted to (due to insufficient credit history). I firstly checked with AT&T; they found no clue on this and they suggested me to contact this company to see what is going on. But who wants to hear bs from scammer?
Resolve? I would ignore the letter, but I don't know if they can actually report to credit bureaus (America is screwed?). Anyway we can't do anything to stop this. I recommend to keep eyes on your next credit report. We have the truth and they don't. At&t can prove my case if needed!

Do not waste your time listening to a word these liars have to say. I just received a call asking for money on a unpaid student loan debt when my continuing education was covered by scholarships.

Pure fraud company that sending me collection teaming up with tmobile.
I went to tmobile and they suggested me other plans with automatic payment deduction from my acount , so I agree and they end up closing one account and reopening it .
I didn't care as long my service and numbers didn't get interepted .
They deducte monthly payments as agree 160.00 for 4 lines.
2 weeks later , I get 2 letter at the same time, one from tmobile and another from this agency that I have balance from tmobile from closed account ...so this 2 company are making businesz withount my knowledge.
Why tmobile has to sell my name to this agency without contacting me first with grace period like every billing cycle in the financial wolrd or time to respond ?
Tmobile are making money by selling my and your name to this agency to be addef to their data base includr your social security ?
I will be contacting every person that can or may help me solve why tmibile are selling my name and put me at risk of fraud and be scammed ...
God.s help me .Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Rod N.Portland, OR886Jan 24, 2017
SCAM. They call me about every 2 or 3 months. Regarding a centurylink bill. I have asked them 3 times to please send me a copy of the bill and account number so that I may clear it up with centurylink. (i dont owe them a dime). I have never received any mail from them regarding the collections. The debt they say I owe is nearly 7 years old. I just started getting calls from them around 8 months ago. There is nothing on my credit reports regarding the debt either. I believe this company recycles very old debts, trying to get you to pay them by scaring you with bad credit. The amount is under $100 and they always use the line "such a small amount to risk your credit over" I cannot dispute the claim as it has never been reported. I cannot even verify it as they have never sent me any communication through US Mail. Be very wary if you open your wallet to this scam.
