          Can not think of anything.

          Cons

They are having some serious turnovers, they let go of the hard workers but keep the people that point the finger onto others. Salary was always lower than average.

            Pros

compensation was as good if not better than others in the industry

            Cons

EC Source has had an extremely high turnover rate of senior leadership which brought instability among the rank and file. Most of my associates were constantly polishing their resumes either out of fear or to find a more stable work environment. ESC has had a very difficult time winning work adding the stress of the job. Leadership in Houston always seemed disengaged from the company mission of power delivery, instead, was focused on forms, policies and procedures while their competitors passed them by.

              Pros

After a year of employment with ECS / MasTec- there are no “pros”

              Cons

This company has an extremely high turnover rate of senior and middle management making it an unstable and hostile environment- they bid, win and then lose 99% work they bid on. ECS / Mastec has the reputation of not paying their vendors so they are constantly on COD or NO RENT or SALE terms with their vendors- When I left - they lost two major projects that they had won- then lost- they were eating their own trying to survive

                Pros

You get paid every Friday. Benefits are expensive

                Cons

                • A nebulous organization that doesn't really exist • It may say MasTec Power Delivery Group but there is no group, just a collection of individual brands. No economy of scale here. • VP of Health and Safety ignored complaints of bullying, threats of violence, and substance abuse saying "he handled it" having done nothing. • VP of Health and Safety lies about qualifications (Certified Safety Professional) without evidence or record of ever actually earning it. • No teamwork, no collaboration, no appreciation, no recognition, no integrity, no trust • Delegation? There was none. Micromanagement? Yes • Many Information hoarders and "Single Paths of Failure" throughout. • VP of Health & Safety appears to enjoy manipulating people and regularly says one thing in private conversation and then something completely different in groups. Likes masking insults and offensive remarks in “humor” and encourages everyone that what is said in the safety group stays in the safety group • I very often would hear things from my colleagues that I had shared with the VP of Health & Safety in confidence • It's a "zero incident," blame-game culture more interested in manipulating OSHA logs than in actual substantive change. • Coming out of the pandemic year, the company newsletter from MasTec included an admonishment from MasTec's owner that every employee "should think about MasTec as if they, like him, owned the company." A month later, MasTec's COO admonished everyone to just work harder. • When discussing the hazards and risks associated with line construction work on a 14-hour day, 7-day a week schedule, a Project Manager advised, "That's why they get paid overtime." • Pushed people back into an office where office doors are always closed and interaction is non-existent...attendance was taken • Training and promotion opportunities aren't posted or shared. Former Eversource employees would show up in new positions and locations without communication. • If you don't like seatbelts and enjoy driving industrial, company-owned vehicles at triple-digit speed, even with regular, monthly, GPS tracking, this is the place for you. There is NO accountability. • A divisive and hostile work environment absent of all indications of vision, strategy, and execution...throw enough bids out until something sticks, whether they can execute or not. • VP of Health and Safety creates distrust and derision within the safety "team" by gossiping about everyone. Who is "useless", "henpecked," and too "stupid" to understand while having to hear about how "smart" he is. • So insecure, the VP of Health & Safety sent out a mandatory survey requiring everyone to respond on how they would do his job differently. • A constantly revolving door, according to HR in Mesa, personnel turnover was at 95% • Incident Investigations and Analysis were a joke with no systemic issues ever brought forward. Blame the victim, manage them off the OSHA log and move on. • A ridiculously long pre-employment package that conveys a message of how irrelevant and dispensable each "employee" is...believe the message

Oddly enough, since kick-starting my career, all my interviews have been through Zoom or MS Teams. But tomorrow, I've got a 20-minute phone interview lined up. Feels a bit old school, doesn't it? Any tips or advice for acing this call? 📞😅

Does anyone know what kind of questions/topics are asked for a Sr.Data engineer position at Blue shield of California. I will have an interview scheduled soon and would like to know how it would be so that I can focus on it.

Hi, I'm looking for tips to prepare for a technical interview for a VR Support Engineer role. This role will facilitate communication between XR designers and developers. I think the interview will focus on Unity and c# coding but I'm finding it hard to find coding questions specifically for Unity.
