What is the best part of working at the company?The opportunity for advancement. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I worked there for 22 years in several departments. I was able to transfer to two separate locations and to be part of the management team.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very friendly. We were like a big family.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Very busy. Great communication.

Great workplace

Great place to work for. There was no micromanaging and there was always opportunities to grow in your career. Received 2 promotions while working there within 1.5 years.

Starter Risk Career

It was a great place to start risk and compliance. I left when it started to change not for the better 2019. Not sure how it is now but glad I was able to move on.

Great Company

Miss this place, one of the last few places where they tried to get their people paid. Pricing was on par with most portfolio retention companies as well.

I liked my team

Company had a lot of management cliques. Was on a good team though and we had a nice new clean office. Free coffee and flavored creamer. And we sponsored a race car.

Fun place to work

They had amazing benefits and my team was awesome. It was very disappointing when they had to close down. I'd work there again in a heartbeat! It was a call center so strict in some areas but overall, great.

Great management. Good location right by the freeway. Beautiful location too. Decent systems. Lots of meetings. Management tried to make it fun and exciting. Causal Fridays

Ditech Culture lost with NewRez transition.

The team and culture was lost with NewRez transition and it became a cut throat make money NOW at all costs environment. No future vision. No strategic planning. Failure by Sr Leadership to value customers and front end employees as more than a number on a spreadsheet.

Greentree bought GMAC so there wasn't an interview process for me. Great company. I've really liked my time in the mortgage industry.

overall this is a great place to work, with great pay and a great commission stucture, most of management is very well to get alone with and shows good support

Always blindsided

You never know what is going to happen next. Local management was great. The company as a whole was so disorganized it made showing up to work a complete joke.
