HERE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- A leader who can communicate and direct the HVAC and Plumbing Technicians in the field, going to customer’s homes.

- A knowledge of the Northern VA area.

- The ability to “see” the Dispatch Board as a Chess Board, planning two to three moves ahead based on the circumstances of the day.

- Diplomacy and deal maker. You will run the assignment of calls for the day, but will need to use tact and team building to keep the Technicians happy or at least aligned with the company goals.

- The ability to make decisions and use judgment to achieve the maximization of the day’s events.

- A person whom can work together within the Dispatch team to achieve goals of the organization.

- Someone who can motivate, direct, explain, demonstrate and inspire others around them. A leader who lives what they preach!!!
