Darryl Dwayne Johnson, 51-year-old resident of Little Falls died Sunday, December 24 at the St. Cloud Hospital. Funeral Service for Darryl will be held at a later date. Darryl Dwayne Johnson was born March 4, 1966 in Superior, WI to the late Elmer Roy and Vivian Elizabeth (Babineau) Johnson. As a young boy Darryl grew up in Superior, WI until the second grade. The family then moved to Ely, MN where he attended and completed his schooling. In 1988 Darryl moved to Little Falls where he worked for Larson Boats for 24 years. He enjoyed wood working, vegetable gardening, working on cars, caring for his many pets and most of all he was a real “Do It Yourself” kind of guy. Left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Vince Johnson of Little Falls, Larry (Karen) Johnson of Duluth, Jerry Johnson of Little Falls, Carol (John) Storsbach of Plainsfield, WI, Diane Marie (Dan) Larson of Casper, WY, Debbie Johnson of Little Falls, Denise Johnson of Little Falls, Cathie Johnson of Little Falls; significant other, Mary Hanfler of Little Falls; and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Roy and Vivian Elizabeth Johnson; sister, Sally Homich. The arrangements for Darryl are with Emblom Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls.
