Annie Darlene Swindell Carter age 90, of Walling, Tennessee, passed from this life on Sunday, May 24, 2015 in Sparta, Tennessee. She was born on April 11, 1925 in Franklin County, Tennessee to the late Isaac (Ike) and Sarah Callie Nelson Swindell.
She was also preceded in death by her husband of 50 Years, Horace Leon Carter,
12 Brothers and Sisters: Luther, Clifton, Forrest, Roy, Ralston, Edd, Murrell, Floyd, Cleo, Zula, Pearl, and Audrey,
Son-in-law: Wayne Johnson, Daughter-in-law: Dorothy Jean Carter.
She is survived by her children: Carolyn (Ray) Maynard, David Carter,
Linda (Freddie) Johnson, and Peggy (Loyd) Howell.
Grandchildren: Jennifer (Jason) Webb, Natalie Johnson, Dana Seabolt,
Devin (Jenny) Johnson, Chase (Rachel) Howell, Derek Evans, and Rhonda Evans
Great-Grandchildren: Christian and Kayla Seabolt, Myla Clouse, and Kensley Howell.
Services will be Wednesday, May 27, 2015 in the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with interment in the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Bro. Elmore Judd will officiate the services.
