fun place to work with caring peoples. company has a good vision and planning for what they want to accomplish. work from home is an option. Base + Commission = 85-90K. 401k & medical, dental, vison benefits. bonus last few years once per year early really helps in slow months.
Cons
Surprisingly Slightly below average pay for what is expected. commission is graduating, start small when you hit numbers, then % of sale increases then resets each year. dont expect to make almost any $ for the first 5 mounts of the year, plan on mostly base only. Was sold dream when I first started here of 100k-120k+ a year, that is possible but only after about 4 years+. company growth goals are hard to hit w/o serious effort.
