Crema Coffee Roasting

I often go to coffee shops to get some work done on my computer. I was pleasantly pleased with how much table seating there was at this location. Service was friendly and they even had someone come out to bus our table while we were working. I was fully expecting to drop off our used dishes before we left.

Ordered a red velvet latte with oatmilk and loved that it came in an actual mug. I'm a sucker for cafes that serve dine-in orders in sturdy mugs. I appreciate that the internet was good enough for me to get my work done without any issues. Honestly, this place would have gotten 5 stars from me if only there were outlets available to plug in.

They have enough of a food selection that I could stay there for a good chunk of the day getting work done and the coffee drinks are pretty good. I would definitely go back there again if I didn't need to have a long workday on the computer.

I would never recommend this business. Very disappointing! How I was treated in 2018, see my previous negative post about Crema. Apparently they condone their servers to treat a customer in such a nasty manner. Plus, I never heard a word of apology from the owners. Shameful.
I am not one to complain, however, this man was truly rude. They lost my business, i continue to speak negative about this place.

I was in a different area of town so I couldn' t go to my usual coffee shops, so I decided to give this one a try.

Location can be kind of inconvenient due to the construction on the street but there is street parking. The cafe itself is a cute place outdoor and indoor.

Staff was not as friendly, nor patient as they wanted me to order quickly and I felt pretty rushed.

I got the horchata cold brew and it was not what I expected it to taste like. I could barley taste the horchata and it was very very bitter.

Not sure I'd give this place another try

I went here to study for a bit and they have plenty of seating! I just couldn't find any outlets to charge my laptop so be wary of that. The staff was nice and friendly. I just got the cinnamon roll (3/5) and it was all right. I'd probably try more of their pastries if I come here again.

Worst coffee I've ever tasted. Tastes like a cig. This place deserves negative stars, and it smells like a daycare in there

I was with a friend in downtown SJ and we saw this place and we thought we would give it a try. We went on a Saturday right before it was about to close and there seemed to be some live music and art display going on.

There is a lot of seating inside but no seating outside as this shop is on the main road. They had a seasonal menu when we went and we decided to get the lavender coffee. The coffee was way too sweet compare to other lavender lattes I had at other coffee shops and I felt the sweetness almost overpowered the lavender taste in the coffee.

There was no line when we went and the cashier was nice. The place overall was very clean and given we went right before closing, the place was not super packed. I think next time I would skip coming back to this place as given my experience with their seasonal menu.

If you like Voyager Craft Coffee, there is a high chance you will also enjoy Crema Coffee Roasting. I got the lavender latte, which was sweet (good for people who liked flavored coffee), and the ambiance is perfect for studying or doing work while also having a lot of indoor seating.

Service is also good, and they will give you free refills on water. Staff is relatively friendly, and gave us a thirty minute heads-up on an event occurring at the restaurant later, which gave us ample time to prepare to leave. I would be very willing to come back if I got a chance to.

Very glad I stopped by as this place has wifi, ample cozy seating, and is open "late" compared to other coffee shops in the area.

We got the iced lavender latte and the iced coconut macadamia nut latte. Both were great albeit a little sweet for my taste, but that's par for the course for most flavored lattes. I appreciate that they use crushed ice for their iced drinks!

There were plenty of seats when we got there around 2pm on a weekend. Initially we thought parking was an issue as all of the parking lot spots were reserved for Pier 402--turns out that Crema is a part of that restaurant so the reserved parking applies for Crema as well. Definitely would come back.

Me and a friend wanted some coffee from nearby and thought this was a place. Been craving some good matcha latte and this place did not deliver. The matcha has this very bitter taste but it was also already sweet so adding some more sugar wasn't going to help. I also didn't like the oatmilk they used, it was too nutty for me in my opinion, even Starbucks use better oat milk.

My friend ordered Horchata cold brew and she couldn't even finish half her drink. Not worth it for how overpriced it was either. Only good thing was the nice interior setup but other than that, I wouldn't come back and wouldn't recommend either.

I visited here on weekends not crowded. Their service and cleanliness is poor. I got mudslide coffee. My coffee cup was not cleaned properly. The lady was rude to the customers. Coffee tastes not that much impressive. They can improve the hygiene & customer handling.
