Poor Stability
During my employment with CMA they lost the contract with the facility due in poor management and lack of adequate staffing. A quality standard of care was lacking.

I loved working for this company.
I loved working for CMA. The best thing about the company is that you can be a nurse. The doctor was there constantly and always on call. I loved all my co-workers. I loved all the officers I worked with. Corporate was very easy to talk to and always either a phone call or email away and always returned your call quickly. I learned so much from this company. Used to be a great company
Working for a small company is wonderful, until the principals die. This is what happened in these circumstances. The quality was not the same afterwards.

Not for everyone
Somedays it was difficult to deal with some of the inmates, especially in booking where some came in under the influence of drugs or alcohol and could be very violent.

Protected from inmates from officers yet high risk for safety, sheriffs banned me from jail after employment x 4 12 hour shifts but not agency employed through due to pending charges on record supposedly; therefore, discriminated by sheriffs
