I had a final round and they said they'll let me know end if last week or beginning of this week. When do I reach back out. I feel like they probably don't want me since I haven't heard anything.

I've been going through a fairly lengthy interview process (6 interviews so far), and as the last stage, they want me to meet the head of total rewards - I'm not interviewing for a role within compensation and reward. Has anyone had this before and knows what to expect on such interviews?
