Police report that they are looking for Cloteal Swoopes, who left her care facility at 1477 Grove St. on Wednesday around 9:25 a.m. and was last seen taking a yellow cab to 2910 26th Street around 10:40 a.m.
Swoopes is in a wheelchair and suffering from the early stages of dementia. She was wearing a blue sweatshirt and brown corduroy pants with a black backpack hanging on the back of her black wheelchair.
