Search Tips

  • Calendar search functionality will go as far back as the case/party history and as far in the future as there are hearings scheduled in the Clerk’s Case Management System. If you select "View Court Calendar", the default 'From' Date is the current date and the default 'To' Date is one year from today. You may adjust the date range as needed to meet your search requirements.
  • Hover over a search field name (by placing your cursor over the field) to obtain additional details on use of that field.
  • Case searches are limited to the first 500 results; Hearings searches are limited to the first 200.
  • For Hearings searches, the default 'From' date is the current date and the default 'To' date is one year from today. You may change the Date range as needed to meet your requirements when searching for Hearings.
  • Online docket information and Documents are available for most cases, with availability based on your access level.
  • Dates entered must be formatted as MM/DD/YYYY.
  • Case searches for Mental Health, Probate, Guardianship, Juvenile, and Domestic Relations cases will not return complete results if searching as the general public; information and publicly accessible images in these are limited to specific user groups.
  • Wildcard searches – The Wildcard feature allows you to search by partial Party or Attorney name, which can be helpful if you are uncertain of a name or how it may be spelled. Enter part of a name and then place an asterisk (*) at the end and the system will search for similar names and variations.
  • To search by only Last Name or by Business Name place an asterisk (*) into the First Name search box and type the Last Name or Business Name into the Last Name search box.
