I don't recommend her. She didn't tell me what was really involved in a gum graft, weeks of special diet. She didn't tell me the gun grafts could fail. When it did fail she blamed me and the only solution was possibly cutting into my fascia which I would never let her do. Another dentist told me that I could've had a dental appliance to protect the graft where she just put a little dressing that would fall off when you eat

My husband needs to go for a deep cleaning twice a year. They have canceled on him on both appointments. All for "family stuff". Coincidence that one was canceled for the holiday weekend? Once maybe, but twice in a row and on a holiday weekend. So I won`t be taking the chance that the next one will be canceled. I am done with them. They take too much "me" time and the cost of a patients health.

Dr. Ford and her staff are Professional, Courteous, Friendly and above all else extremely competent with awesome bedside manners to boot. They've provided me the BEST Periodontal care for over 25 years now.

It goes without saying that not all dental professionals are created equal, and it's with pleasure and some amazement that I say the Dr. Christine Ford is the very best! Can't say enough good about Dr. Ford and her dedicated team. Since 2013 she has dealt with my heredity-based periodontal problems which included tooth extractions, implants, bone grafts and a sinus lift. During that time, she has been an excellent communicator and always provided detailed information which helped me be informed and make the best-possible decisions as she guided me toward the ultimate goal of having a healthy, disease-free mouth. And, all the while going to great lengths to make sure each procedure was completely pain free. Rave reviews for Christine and her highly competent, exceptionally friendly team. So well deserved!

I've been a patient of Dr. Ford for several years. Her entire team is awesome, from Marcella and Jessica in the front office to Mary Kay Chapman who is the best hygienist in the North Bay!! Mary Kay did my very recent deep cleaning, today I had my follow up and I was very pleased with the report. "Thanks Mary Kay we did it ". And yes I'm doing my part every night "!
Having moved to the area and looking to find a new dentist and orthodontist, I lucked out and now I have got 2 of the best!!

I've had two gum surgeries with Dr. Ford and was very pleased with the process, the staff, the results and how painless it was. The most recent one was just this October, 2015, and it involved "pocket reduction gum surgery" - there were no complications, the procedure was right on time and absolutely no pain during or afterwards. I would definitely recommend her and go back (hopefully won't need to) should I need periodontal work in the future.

Doctor Ford is awesome! She and her staff are very Professional, Integral, and Highly Educated on all of the Latest and Greatest in Periodontal work! I just had to have some of my jaw bone restored, making it possible now to have a tooth implant, to replace a tooth I lost when I almost died. In the jaw bone regrowth surgery she had to do a "Sinus Lift" on me as well. Wow! I had no idea this could or should be done! I noticed right away that I can breath so much better on that side, than I have in many years! It's like I got a "Two for One!" The Sinus Lift came along with the jaw bone regrowth surgery! I heard that she is the BEST in her field, and now I KNOW first hand, how WONDERFUL she is!

Dr. Ford and her team are simply the best periodontal group I've ever seen. I was nervous at first when our GP referred a complex wisdom tooth extraction for my husband at a perio's office, vs. an oral surgeon. I am so glad that she sent us to Dr. Ford (and wish all my wisdom teeth had been done here, as well...would've been better!)

I was specifically impressed by the following:
1. Dr. Ford's excellent professionalism and overall talent with successful procedure,
2. follow up appointments to check on healing were all part of the original extraction pricing, so no worries about extra billing if healing was slow,
3. very nice and responsive office team.

It is a pleasure to strongly recommend Dr. Ford's work.

I had a gum graph done by Christine Ford back in 2009. She told me she would graph a tooth that was slightly low because I was getting braces. I then asked her to graph a baby tooth as well because it was a bit thin, she said no problem.
During the procedure, I woke up to a room full of people staring at me. Later realize these were students there watching and learning. I will say I believe I should have been asked if this was okay. Never a mention of it.
The graph she did was not good, she left a hole that was impossible to brush and later developed a cavity. She didn't graph the other tooth as she said because a few years later, I asked for pictures during of the procedure, it shows an opening on one gum tooth surface only.

Sorry, would not return!

Dr. Ford and her team are awesome. Very professional and friendly. Great follow up too. I've had two gum grafting surgery in the past 6 months and have been very happy with the results. I definitely give the team high marks.
